BCC Graduates 29 from Moorestown

The keynote address will be delivered by Rochelle Hendricks, New Jersey's first secretary of higher education. Appointed to the post by Governor Chris Christie in May, Hendricks has also served previously as acting commissioner of the state Department of Education. 

Here are a few statistics about the 2013 graduating class (provided by the college):

• Of the 1,370 graduates, 64 percent are women and 36 percent are men.
• Graduates range in age from 15 to 75 years old.
• The average GPA of the class is 3.24.
• The 2013 class is receiving degrees and/or certificates in 71 different program majors—roughly half of which are Associate of Science degrees.
• The top five program majors (in order) are: Associate of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences; Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts; Associate of Science in Business Administration; Associate of Science in Business Administration; Associate of Applied Sciences in Criminal Justice; and Associate of Arts in Nursing.
