Board and Committees Dinner, Scheduled for Moorestown Community House, Canceled

Moorestown’s annual Boards and Committees Dinner scheduled for Monday, Dec. 7, at the Moorestown Community House has been canceled, officials said Tuesday afternoon.

The Moorestown Community House was damaged in a fire on Nov. 17. The fire was mostly contained to a corner attic, and the house has since begun the process of reopening, but still isn’t fully operational.

The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Moorestown Township Council will be held on Dec. 14, 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, 111 West Second Street, Moorestown, New Jersey.
