Body Found Along Delaware River In Burlington County: Police
Patrol officers found a man's body near the river on Thursday afternoon, said police.
BURLINGTON, NJ — A man's body was found alongside the Delaware River on Thursday in Burlington City, said police.
Officers got a call on Thursday at 2:37 p.m. and arrived to the area of Commerce Square Boulevard for the report of an unconscious person near the river. They determined that the Burlington man, 38, was dead. He has not been identified.
"There were no obvious signs of foul play and the investigation revealed that he entered the water in the area of Riverbank and Wood Street the day prior, on January 25, 2023, where his vehicle was located by detectives," police said.

Officials are continuing to investigate, and turned the body over to the medical examiner's office, police said.
