Bring Home Bowls Made by Moorestown Children at Empty Bowl Dinner
The dinner is March 29 at the Moorestown Friends Meetinghouse.
Bowls made by children at Moorestown Friends School will be on display during the Friends Enrichment Program of Moorestown’s Empty Bowl Dinner March 29 in the d’Olier Room of Moorestown Friends Meetinghouse, 118 East Main Street.
Under the guidance of David Gamber, a ceramic artist and a Moorestown Friends School art teacher, 16 children between 5 and 13 years old were introduced to the potter’s wheel during the FEP’s annual pottery workshop.
They made and painted clay bowls in the clay studio of Moorestown Friends School.
