Moorestown, NJ -- Police are investigating the report of a burglary/theft in the unit block of East Third Street that took place between 10:25 a.m. and 3:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Moorestown Police said Thursday morning.The homeowner reported that various musical instruments including two trombones, six guitars, and two amplifiers were stolen after unknown actor(s) broke a rear glass door. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detectives at 856-914-3092 or detectives@moorestownpd.com. Anyone who sees suspicious activity in their neighborhood is asked to immediately call police at 856-234-8300. Call 911 for crimes in progress. The Rutgers Master Gardener Program of Burlington County will be giving 3 presentations on Saturday, May 9 at the opening of the Burlington County Farmers Market at the Burlington County Agricultural Center located at 500 Centerton Road in Moorestown NJ.
The presentations are:
9:30 am - 10:15 am - The Basic Care and Growing of Fig Trees (Seating is limited, registration &amp; $15.00 fee is required).
10:30 am to 11:15 am - Composting (no registration or fee).
11:30 am - 12:15 pm - The Basic Care and Growing of Hydrangeas (Seating is limited, registration &amp; $15.00 fee required).
All three presentations are near or at the Rutgers Demonstration plots (to the right of the Big Red Barn, next to the Community Gardens).
