MARLTON, NJ — A Burlington County man possessed child pornography on multiple devices and distributed the material online, authorities said.

Dominic Constantine was charged with first-degree possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on a file-sharing program, first-degree CSAM possession with intent to distribute, first-degree CSAM distribution, and second-degree CSAM possession. He was arrested July 3 at his Marlton home.

U.S. Homeland Security Investigations initially sent the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office (BCPO) a tip regarding Constantine's online activities. The BCPO found that Constantine had stored multiple images and videos of child pornography on cell phones, computers and a tablet.

Authorities seized the devices while executing a search warrant at his home. Investigators then found that Constantine shared the material through a network that allowed for a large amount of files to get distributed online, the BCPO said.

Constantine, 48, was placed in the Burlington County Jail, pending a detention hearing. Authorities will present the case to a grand jury for possible indictment.
