Burlington County Farmers' Market Special Events this Saturday

Attendees can expect a cooking demonstration, live music, a dog contest, and much more.

Moorestown, NJ -- This Saturday will be a busy day at the Burlington County Farmers' Market, with numerous special events scheduled such as a dog contest, a cooking demonstration, and live music.

The day will kick off with aa cooking demonstration by Cara Griffin of Sift Bakeshop at 10 a.m. Griffin will show participants how to make delicious peach ice cream with fresh peaches.

The Famers' Market will also host "The Dog Days of Summer" for all our four-legged friends in Burlington County. Guests are encouraged to bring their dogs to participate in dog contests, toy making, and an agility course. The Burlington County Animal Shelter will also be in attendance to provide information on adopting pets.

Robson's Farm, The Jersey Farmhouse, Haynicz Farm, Cherry Grove Farm, and Busy Bee Farm will have plenty of fresh food for participants to try and purchase. Attendees can shop for tomatoes, peaches, plums, peppers, nectarines, apples, beef, cheese, local honey, and much more.

The Bad Dogs will also be providing live music throughout the day.
