Crash Kills Teen Motorcyclist In Burlington Co.; Charges Pending: Police
Authorities plan to file charges once the investigation is complete.
EVESHAM, NJ — A teen motorcyclist suffered fatal injuries after colliding with a truck Saturday night in Evesham, officials said. Charges against the truck driver are pending, according to police.
At 7:56 p.m., officers responded to the crash at Route 73 and Dutch Road. The motorcyclist — Tyler Ciabattoni, 19, of Marlton — had died at the scene, police said.
The truck driver — Brandon Braciszewski, 18, of Marlton — and their passenger were unhurt, authorities said.

Investigators determined that the truck was traveling west on Dutch Road. Braciszewski attempted to enter Route 73 southbound after crossing over the northbound lanes — that's when Ciabattoni's motorcycle hit his vehicle, according to police.
Authorities will file charges once the investigation is complete, according to police.

"The Evesham Police Department extends our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Tyler Ciabattoni," the agency said.
