Chesterbrook Academy Campers Donate to Food Bank of South Jersey

Campers donated more than 400 pounds of nonperishable food items to benefit community members served by the nonprofit organization

Summer campers at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Moorestown recently donated more than 400 pounds of nonperishable items to the Food Bank of South Jersey. Throughout July, campers collected nonperishable food items for the organization, which aims to provide an immediate solution to the urgent problem of hunger. At the end of the collection, campers sorted the food items and helped prepare the donation for pick up by the organization. Through this initiative, summer campers learned the importance of helping community members in need.
