Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Moorestown Celebrates Week of the Young Child

Students participated in themed educational activities throughout the week of April 24

MOORESTOWN, NJ — Students at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Moorestown celebrated the national initiative Week of the Young Child by participating in several educational activities throughout the week of April 24. Chesterbrook Academy planned a different theme for each day of the week.

On Monday, students created “all about me” posters and shared them with their class. On Tuesday, students participated in a cooking class.

On Wednesday, they took part in a banner contest with their classroom. On Thursday, students wore their pajamas to school and were invited to bring in something that represents their family and heritage to share with their classmates. On Friday, parents were invited to participate as readers for their child’s classroom.
