Congressman Endorses Republican Slate For Moorestown Council
Tom MacArthur announced his endorsement for Phil Garwood, Victoria Napolitano and Mike Locatell this week.

Moorestown, NJ -- The Republican candidates for Moorestown Council picked up a congressional endorsement this week.
Rep. Tom MacArthur (R-3) endorsed Mayor Phil Garwood, Deputy Mayor Victoria Napolitano and candidate Mike Locatell this week, saying it’s critical for him to “have partners at the local level who will work hand-in-hand with me to deliver good government to the people of the Third Congressional District.”
“Like me, Mike, Victoria, and Phil know how important it is to reach across the aisle and find common ground on the issues we face,” MacArthur said in his statement endorsing the three candidates. “Over the last four years, Victoria and Phil have worked to bring new businesses to Moorestown, began the reconstruction of Moorestown’s aging infrastructure, recently voted to clean Moorestown’s water beyond state and federal standards, worked to protect our region’s natural resources, and even delivered a municipal tax cut for every single Moorestown family this year. Joined by Mike in the next four years, I know that the Locatell/Napolitano/Garwood team will deliver a responsible and responsive government that will push for lower taxes, implement long-range plans for small business development, and build a better future for all those who call Moorestown their home.”
