“The Willingboro testing location provided a tremendous service to a community experiencing disproportionate cases of COVID-19. Fortunately, we began seeing fewer and fewer people in June and July,” said Samuel Weiner, MD, a medical director with Virtua Health. “That told us it was time to select a new location, and Moorestown is centrally located in our service area and easy to access from many major highways.”
As of Sunday night, there were 329 coronavirus cases in Moorestown with 59 confirmed deaths. Burlington County has 5,598 coronavirus cases with 420 confirmed deaths and 48 probable deaths.
The coronavirus testing site in Moorestown is open Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 8 a.m. to noon. It is closed on Wednesday and Thursday.
