Dim Sum Restaurant Opens In Moorestown
Dim sum is on the rise in South Jersey, with 2 establishments celebrating openings in the past month.
MOORESTOWN, NJ — Dim sum is on the rise in South Jersey, and Moorestown is one of the beneficiaries. Zheng's Table recently celebrated its grand opening, bringing a dim sum restaurant to Main Street.
The new establishment is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday at 43 E Main St.
Dim sum refers to a wide range of small dishes often enjoyed during brunch. While typically associated with Cantonese cuisine, dim sum dishes also sometimes include other Chinese dishes.

Although dim sum restaurants aren't particularly common in much of South Jersey, their presence continues to grow. Dim Sum House also opened last month in Cherry Hill. The township also welcomed Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao — a Michelin-recommended Shanghainese restaurant — in 2021.
