
Attention ballerinas! Or maybe you just want to look like one... This awesome fitness class combines basic cardio ballet combinations with strength training moves to help you blast fat and sculpt long, lean muscles fast!
Haven't done ballet a day in your life? No worries! This isn't your old-school dance studio ballet class. We work hard, we break a sweat, and we're highly motivated, but we aren't so worried about your pointed toes. No dance experience is required!
Barre Body is taught by a former ballerina, and does actually teach you ballet, though done in a "fitness" manner.
