Join the Buddhist Sangha of South Jersey as we welcome revered teacher Ani Trime, Director of the Princeton Buddhist Meditation Group, as she leads us in seated and walking meditation periods, a teaching with ample time for questions and discussion and introduction to basic Qigong (mindful movement). Ani Trime is an ordained Buddhist nun and has studied with Chogyman Trungpa Rinpoche, one of the first Tibetan Buddhist masters to teach in the West. She has been practicing for 35 years. Registration begins at 9:00 and the program will start at 9:30. There will be a lunch break around noon. Light snacks will be provided but a bag lunch is recommended. A $25 donation is suggested.
