Sensei Jules Shuzen Harris will teach a new body-mind language that allows people to break through limitations and directly reconnect with their ability to function effectively. The Identity System (I-System) is a fresh approach to enable the natural self to thrive. Harris has been practicing Zen for almost 30 years. BSSJ will provide tea and light snacks but you should bring your own lunch. Chairs will be available for sitting but you may bring your own mat and cushion if you would prefer to sit on the floor. A limited number of mats and cushions will be available. The suggested donation for the day is $25. Pre-registration is preferred but you may also register at the door at 9:30 AM.
