Moorestown, NJ -- Moorestown Township Manager Scott Carew will host a public hearing regarding requests from municipal department heads concerning the 2017 budget on Monday, Nov. 21, 4:30 p.m. at the municipal complex, township officials announced on Thursday. The hearing will be in council chambers. The municipal complex is located at 111 West Second Street. All interested persons will be heard.

The Rutgers Master Gardener Program of Burlington County will be giving 3 presentations on Saturday, May 9 at the opening of the Burlington County Farmers Market at the Burlington County Agricultural Center located at 500 Centerton Road in Moorestown NJ.
The presentations are:
9:30 am - 10:15 am - The Basic Care and Growing of Fig Trees (Seating is limited, registration &amp; $15.00 fee is required).
10:30 am to 11:15 am - Composting (no registration or fee).
11:30 am - 12:15 pm - The Basic Care and Growing of Hydrangeas (Seating is limited, registration &amp; $15.00 fee required).
All three presentations are near or at the Rutgers Demonstration plots (to the right of the Big Red Barn, next to the Community Gardens).
