Flash Flood Warnings Issued For South Jersey: See Where

MOORESTOWN, NJ — A flash flood warning was issued for multiple areas in South Jersey on Monday through 1:15 p.m.

Northwestern Burlington, Northwestern Camden, Northwestern Gloucester, and Northwestern Salem Counties were all included.

The potential threat to life or property could be severe, the National Weather Service said.

Heavy rain is anticipated to fall across the I-95 corridor throughout the morning.

Small creeks, streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and other drainage and low-lying areas are especially at risk of flooding.

The stretches of the following roads in New Jersey were also highlighted as potential high-impact regions:

• I-295 (between mile markers 8 and 30, and between mile markers 57 and 59)
• I-76 (between mile markers 0 and 3)
• I-676 (between mile markers 0 and 4)
• New Jersey Turnpike (near Exit 3 and between Exit 6 and Exit 6A)
