Registration and refreshments for both programs will be held from 5:30 to 6 p.m., with lectures held from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, October 10 – Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body. Learn about diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, as well as hands-on tools for healthy aging. Wednesday, November 7 – Effective Communication Strategies. Learn how to decode verbal and behavioral messages, and identify communication strategies at each stage of the disease.
