Free Rabies Clinic Set For Jan. 14 In Moorestown
Rabies shots will be available for dogs and cats.

MOORESTOWN, NJ — If your pet will need an updated rabies shot before renewing its license, mark Jan. 14 on your calendar.
A state-sponsored free rabies clinic will take place in Moorestown on Jan. 14, 9 a.m.-noon. Rabies shots will be available for both cats and dogs.
Vaccinations take place at the Public Works Garage, 601 East Third Street. Licenses will be sold at the clinic, but must be purchased by check. No cash will be accepted.

The snow date is Jan. 21.
All dog licenses expire on Jan. 31 of each year and must be renewed by then. A 2017 license can be obtained by mail (preferred) or in person at the Municipal Clerk’s Office at Town Hall, 111 West Second Street.

Proof of rabies inoculation (valid through October 2017), proof of spaying/neutering, if applicable, and a check for the appropriate amount, made payable to Moorestown Township, must accompany the application.
Mail applications should include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Dog license renewal applications and payment must be postmarked by Jan. 31. Renewals received that are not postmarked by that date will incur a late fee for each license.
