Funeral Services For U.S. Navy Veteran In Moorestown Thursday
William V. Grosspeter, of Staten Island, NY, passed away peacefully from this earth on May 1, 2017 at the age of 76.
William V. Grosspeter, of Staten Island, NY, passed away peacefully from this earth on May 1, 2017 at the age of 76. He served in the Navy aboard the USS Intrepid (CVA-11) from 1959-1964. Bill was member of the St. Timothy Anglican Church and will be sorely missed and remembered for his good humor, cheerful spirit and helping those he could by his loving family and friends.
Husband of Laureen (nee Lucas) Also survived by his Sister of Judy Kowalla, brother in law of Hank, sister in law Pamela (Serena) and nieces Laura (Joe) Shotwell, Merleen (Richard) Hirschi, Tamara Serena and Kellashondra Serena.
Bill will be missed by his loving family and friends. Funeral service is 7 p.m. Thursday evening at the Lewis Funeral Home, 78 East Main Street in Moorestown, NJ. Viewing will be 6 p.m.- 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
