Time for all the ghouls and goblins to come out of hiding and go door-to-door with wide smiles and wide open bags.

Curfew is 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 30 and 10 p.m. on Oct. 31.

Moorestown Police will have increased patrols in place to monitor drinking and driving.
