Hydrant Flushing, Leaf Collection Schedule
Here's why your water is discolored, and your neighbors have piles of leaves outside their house.

It's spring—the last thing you want to think about are leaves (or any other reminders of fall).
But if you've still got leaves taking up space in your yard, now's your chance to get rid of them.
The township's spring leaf collection began earlier this week and continues until the end of the month. Here's the schedule for leaf pickup:

Leaves must be raked to the area between the curb and the sidewalk by 7 a.m. Monday of your scheduled collection week. Residents can also bring their leaves to the compost center on Creek Road (between Borton Landing Road and Centerton Road) every other Saturday, from 12-4 p.m.
Also, the township began hydrant flushing this week, which will go through to the end of the month. The hydrants will be flushed between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m.
