Officials said anyone who did not vote because of the electronic issue may come back to their polling place and use the machine to cast their ballot.

"Please be assured that all verified provisional ballots will be counted," the county said in a Twitter post at 2:19 p.m. "However, for voters who chose not to vote provisionally, all connection issues have now been resolved and voters are welcome to return to their polling place to vote with a machine."
