There were 26 more coronavirus cases reported in the last week in Moorestown, but no new confirmed deaths.
MOORESTOWN, NJ — Over the last week, 26 additional Moorestown residents tested positive for the coronavirus, bringing the total number of cases in Moorestown to 377, according to numbers provided by Burlington County officials. This includes nine new cases reported on Friday, five on Saturday and six on Sunday.
There were no additional confirmed deaths, meaning that 362 Moorestown residents have died of the coronavirus since the outbreak of the pandemic in March.
Countywide, the number of cases has climbed to 6,069 with 446 confirmed deaths and 48 probable deaths.

As of Sunday morning, there were 80 cases of the coronavirus among patients at Moorestown’s long-term care facility with 22 confirmed deaths. There were another 93 cases among the staff at these nursing homes with one confirmed death.

Last week, there were 148 cases among residents in Moorestown's long-term care facilities with 39 confirmed deaths. There were 118 cases among staff members at these facilities with one confirmed death.
