Lengthy Delays After I-295 Crash In South Jersey

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ — A crash on Interstate 295 is contributing to heavy traffic on the major South Jersey roadway Tuesday morning.

The crash occurred on the southbound side in Mount Laurel — south of Exit 40 - Route 38, said the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Officials reported the crash at 7:44 a.m.

As of 9:20 a.m., the right shoulder is closed. Expect delays of 15-20 minutes and use caution, NJDOT said.
