Longtime Moorestown Church Volunteer Passes At 94

Margaret “Peg”Lanning, of Mt. Laurel, passed away on April 11, 2018, at the age of 94. Peg was born and raised in Merchantville, NJ before moving to Mt. Laurel, NJ in 1994. She was a graduate of Merchantville High Class of 1941.

Peg was a very active member and volunteer for the First Presbyterian Church of Moorestown for many years. She was the daughter of the late Elizabeth and James N. Lanning and survived by many cousins.

Memorial service is 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 10, 2018, at the Lewis Funeral Home, 78 East Main Street in Moorestown, NJ.

Interment private. Please no flowers. Memorial contributions to the First Presbyterian Church, 101 Bridgeboro Road in Moorestown, NJ, or the American Cancer Society, would be appreciated.
