Disturbing Details Emerge About Christina Grimmie's Killer
A friend told Orlando Police that Kevin James Loibl had improved his appearance to be more appealing to Grimmie over the last year.

The man who shot and killed Christina Grimmie had developed a fixation on the former “The Voice” contestant and Evesham Township native over the last year,the Associated Press reports.
Grimmie was fatally shot by 27-year-old Kevin James Loibl, of St. Petersburg, Florida while she signed autographs after a show at Orlando's Plaza Live theater on June 10.
On Wednesday, it was reported that a close friend of Loibl’s told Orlando Police that Loibl spent most of his time watching Grimmie’s YouTube videos and stalked her on social media.

Over the last year, Loibl took steps to improve his appearance for Grimmie, including losing weight and getting hair implants, according to the report.
He worked at Best Buy, and lived “like a hermit,” according to the report.

He had no previous criminal history, and police previously said there was no evidence he had ever contacted Grimmie before the shooting. Police believe he acted alone in the shooting.
Grimmie, a graduate of Cherokee High School, became a YouTube sensation for her renditions of popular songs and has more than 3 million followers.
Grimmie, originally of Voorhees, competed on "The Voice" in 2014. She moved to Los Angeles in 2012.
She was remembered for her faith and humility during a candlelight vigil in her hometown a few days after the shooting.
She was laid to rest during a private funeral in Medford on June 16.
