MHS Jazz Ensemble Performs

The Moorestown High School Performing Arts Department held its annual Winter Strings Concert Tuesday night. In addition to an evening of seasonal music, the following students were honored for being accepted into the All South Jersey Band and Orchestra Directors Association:

Christopher Dinon: oboe, wind ensemble

Veronica Nicholso: clarinet, wind ensemble

Kira Eng: symphonic band

Melvin Quien: bassoon, wind ensemble

Matt Hastings: euphonium, symphonic band

Niko Birbilis: percussion symphonic band

Taylor Bear: percussion symphonic band

Jason Goldenberg: violin, orchestra

Grace Lee: violin, orchestra

Joy Li: violin, orchestra

Tharaka Wijesinghe: violin, orchestra

Kevin Shaloo: viola, orchestra

Michael Jordan: cello, orchestra

Jim Burns: bass, orchestra

Kelly Hopkins: bass, orchestra

Daniel Sheehan: bass, orchestra
