The Cherry Hill High School West football team took advantage of a mistake-prone Moorestown squad and picked up a 14-7 win on Saturday, the Burlington County Times reports.

After the Quakers fumbled the ball at Cherry Hill West’s 25-yard line and had a field goal nullified by an illegal formation penalty, Moorestown got on the board in the third quarter, according to the report.

Mike DiMarino hit Zion Howard with a 28-yard pass on a fake field goal for the first touchdown of the game for either team.

An interception by Cherry Hill West resulted in the Lions’ first touchdown, a pass from Andrew Valentin to Harrison Hand. Valentin’s pass to Hand on the 2-point conversion gave Cherry Hill West a 1-point lead.

Nick DiVietro’s 41-yard run on Cherry Hill West’s next possession was the winning touchdown.
