Moorestown Council to Consider 3 Ordinances for Affordable Housing Consultation Monday Night

Council meets at town hall at 7 p.m.

Moorestown, NJ -- Moorestown Council will consider three ordinances on introduction to pay a total of $30,401.15 to various consultants related to its affordable housing obligation during Monday night’s meeting at town hall, 7 p.m.

All money will be drawn from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.

The first ordinance calls for the township to pay Elizabeth C. McKenzie $1,896.43 for services she performed as Special Court Master to Moorestown Township with regard to its affordable housing obligation and housing plan for April and May of this year.

The second calls for the township to pay Capehart Scatchard $14,993.86 for Township Solicitor Anthony Drollas’s services as a consultant for the development and implementation of a housing plan for three months earlier this year.

The final ordinance calls for the township to pay Clarke Caton Hintz $13,510.86 for services he performed as Affordable Housing Planning Consultant related to the implementation of the township’s housing plan.
