MOORESTOWN — The Moorestown Democrats announced that Mayor Nicole Gillespie and Councilman Quinton Law are their candidates for the 2022 town council race.
“I cannot think of two more qualified, dedicated candidates to run for re-election,” Kate Wilson, chair of the Moorestown Democrats, said in a press release.
Gillespie, who first took office in 2018 and became the township’s mayor in 2020, steered the municipality through the COVID-19 pandemic and helped keep its residents informed of the disease’s “risks and realities,” the press release said.
