Moorestown Field Hockey Team Captures Central Jersey Title
The top-seeded Quakers defeated No. 2 Wall in the final, according to nj.com.

The Moorestown High School field hockey team saw goals from three different players and seven saves from their goalkeeper en route to a Central Jersey Group III title, according to nj.com.
Grace Kuszmaul, Alex O’Donnell and Avery Powell each scored in the Quakers’ 3-2 win over Wall.
Goalie Sabrina Barakat made seven saves for the Quakers, who held a 2-1 lead at halftime.

Moorestown entered the tournament as the No. 1 seed, and scored back-to-back 7-0 wins, over No. 9 Hamilton West and No. 5 Burlington Township before defeating Wall, the No. 2 seed.
Moorestown is now 18-2, and will compete for a state title beginning this week.
