Moorestown Friends School Hosts First Summer Welcome Visit Day
Children are invited to see what the Moorestown Friends School Summer Programs have to offer.

MOORESTOWN, NJ — Moorestown Friends School will host its inaugural Moorestown Friends School Summer Welcome Visit Day next weekend. The event takes place on Saturday, April 29, 10 a.m.-noon. Families who are considering enrolling in summer programs and anyone who is considering enrolling are welcome.
The event will include an introduction to the Handwork Day Camp, a creative and educational program that teaches needle arts and machine sewing, among other fun activities. There will be tours, as well as light snacks and drinks.Staff will be on hand to answer questions and provide information about courses and teachers.
There are a number of programs for children entering preschool through 10th grade. The Summer Scholars Program offers new approaches to science, robotics, technology, coding, design, sports, arts, theatre and economics, among other subjects.

Children can also take advantage of the Academic Transitions courses in August to improve in math, writing, and study skills.
Many Summer Programs Master Teachers are Moorestown Friends School teachers and department heads.
