Moorestown High School Football Team Falls to Burlington Township by One Point

Burlington Township scored the game-winner on a 45-yard drive, according to the Burlington County Times.

The Burlington Township High School football team edged Moorestown by one point with a 45-yard game-winning drive in a West Jersey Football League game Friday night, the Burlington County Times reports.

Burlington Township defeated Moorestown, 26-25.

Quakers quarterback Mike DiMarino completed 17 passes for 231 yards and three touchdowns, according to stats posted on nj.com.

One touchdown pass was on a 10-yard pass to Calvin Wasdyke. Ryan Loftus also connected on a 33-yard field goal.

Moorestown fell to 1-1 this season.
