Moorestown High School Seniors Commended by the National Merit Scholarship Program

The students announced Thursday morning were among the top five percent of more than 1.5 million students who took the 2013 PSAT/NMSQT.

Moorestown High School Principal Andrew Seibel announced the name of the seniors at Moorestown High School who were among the 34,000 students nationwide who were recognized as Commended Students in the 2015 National Merit Scholarship Program on Thursday morning.

Those students are: Emma K. Burns; Genevieve N. Cickavage; Simon Huang; Morgan P. Hyman; Madeline L. Lamon; June y. Lee; Nathan S. Lee; Kiana D. Malta; James J. McHugh; Catherine Park; Gregory Pennisi; Paige Powell; Katherine G. Scott; Rahul Wadhwa; Madeline Yankell. Each of these students will receive a letter of commendation from the school and the National Merit Scholarship Corporation.

The students were among the top five percent of more than 1.5 million students who took the 2013 PSAT/NMSQT.
