Moorestown High School Volleyball Team Wins One, Drops One in Playoffs
Moorestown defeated Toms River East, but lost to Pascack Valley.

The Moorestown High School girls volleyball team completed a successful season with a win and a loss in the Group III public schools tournament this week.
Moorestown, which was the No. 10 seed in the 32-team tournament, defeated No. 23 Toms River East, in two sets. The Quakers won by scores of 25-13 and 25-10.
In that match, the team was led by Cassie Hendon (6 Aces, 2 kills), Kennedy Hubbard (1 Ace, 7 Assists, 2 Blocks), Grace LaDelfa (2 Aces, 5 Kills), Rachel Fordham (2 Aces), Jessie Britton (2 Blocks) and Jasmine Pearcy (2 Blocks).

On Friday, Moorestown fell to No. 7 Pascack Valley in three sets. Pascack Valley won with scores of 25-14, 15-25 and 25-11.
Moorestown was 25-6 this season and tied Willaimstown for the Olympic Conference title.

LaDelfa will continue playing next year for Ursinus College.
Hubbard will continue her career at The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
