Chance allegedly used a file sharing service on these devices to distribute child pornography. He allegedly shared images of toddlers being sexually molested and having intercourse with adult men.
Chance was a high ropes instructor at the Liberty Lake Day Camp over the summer, but is no longer employed at the camp. Chance worked there one summer as a seasonal employee and will not be hired back, according to a representative from the camp.

The camp contacted all the families that sent their children to the camp while Chance was employed there to inform them of the arrest, while emphasizing that he was not charged with having an inappropriate relationship with any children.
“We have no reason to believe anything inappropriate happened at the camp this summer,” said Andy Pritikin, Owner, Founder and Director of Liberty Lake Day Camp. “ ... Liberty Lake places the highest priority on the physical and emotional well being of our campers. We set a very high standard for screening our Staff, including utilizing in-person interviews, checking references, and background checks.”
Pritikin added that as a high ropes instructor, Chance always worked alongside another staff member from the camp.
He was released from Burlington County Jail after posting $100,000 bail. The case will now be referred to a Burlington County Grand Jury for possible indictment.
Anyone who has additional information for investigators that may be useful in the case is asked to call the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office at 609-265-5436.
