UPDATE: Moorestown Police Investigating Burglary and Attempted Burglary Incidents

Incidents took place on Worthington Drive and Fellswood Drive.

Moorestown Police are investigating a burglary and an attempted burglary that took place in the township during the Thanksgiving weekend.

In the first incident, a burglar alarm activation apparently scared away an attempted burglar on the 700 block of Worthington Drive on Nov. 27 at 7:40 p.m.

Police arrived at the home to find that a window had been broken. The resident returned home shortly thereafter and found that nothing had been stolen. Earlier, police reported that jewelry had been stolen, but corrected that statement early Sunday evening.
