Moorestown Seeks Volunteers For Boards, Committees For 2021

MOORESTOWN, NJ — Moorestown has several openings available for its boards and committees for 2021. Anyone interested in volunteering should complete a Citizen Leadership Form and forward it to the Township Clerk at phunt@moorestown.nj.us or 111 West Second Street, Moorestown.

Requests will be forwarded to Township Council, the appointing authority, for consideration. Appointments will be made during council’s reorganization meeting on Jan. 4, 2021, so residents are encouraged to send in applications as soon as possible.

The various boards and committees are as follows:

• Appearance Committee;
• Economic Development Advisory Committee;
• Environmental Advisory Committee;
• Ethical Standards Board;
• Library Board of Trustees;
• Low and Moderate Income Housing Oversight Committee;
• Open Space Advisory Committee;
• Planning Board;
• Recreation Advisory Committee;
• Sustainable Moorestown Green Team;
• Telecommunications and Technology Committee;
• Tree Planting and Preservation Committee; and
• Zoning Board of Adjustment
