Moorestown Tennis in Semi-Finals at Tournament of Champions

Moorestown High School’s tennis team served up another win Tuesday by downing a defending championship team and advancing to the Tournament of Champions semi-finals.
The Quakers defeated Christian Brothers Academy, 3-2.
Second doubles teammates Alex Epstein and Kevin Tan scored the deciding point with a win of 6-2, 7-6(2), for their first big win of the season.

Other Moorestown points came from Jacob Fox/Pete Nicholson, 6-2, 3-6, 6-1 at No. 1 doubles and Ryan Dickerson, 6-1, 6-0, at No. 1 singles.
Moorestown heads into the semi-finals with a 30-5 record. The team takes on No. 1 seed Millburn at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Mercer County Park.
