Also on Monday, the Friends of the Moorestown Library is sponsoring an online talk titled “Historical and Cultural Context of the War on Ukraine.”

Although some accounts of the current war between Russia and Ukraine suggest the conflict is spurred from events of the past few decades, “the historical context of [the war between Russia and Ukraine] actually goes back many centuries,” the library’s website stated. “This talk will present an overview of this history, along with a general introduction to Ukraine's cultural and linguistic diversity.”
