Motorcyclist Killed In Crash With Car In Burlington County: Police
A man on a motorcycle hit a vehicle that was making a 3-point turn, authorities said.
WOODLAND TOWNSHIP, NJ — A man was pronounced dead after his motorcycle hit a car that was making a three-point turn on Labor Day in Burlington County, officials said.
Troopers responded to the collision at 5:37 p.m. Monday on Savoy Boulevard in Woodland Township. The motorcyclist — James Mansfield, 56, of Beachwood — died in the crash, said Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron, a State Police spokesperson.
A Nissan passenger car had been traveling south on Savoy Boulevard in the small, wooded town, according to the preliminary investigation from State Police. The driver was making a three-point turn when Mansfield's motorcycle hit the front of the car, Lebron said.

The impact flung Mansfield from his motorcycle, officials said. Police did not say which direction he was traveling.
The crash remains under investigation, and no additional information is available as of Wednesday morning, Lebron said.
