Multiple Roads Closed, Power Outages Remain In Moorestown: Police
Many roads remain closed and many remain without power in Moorestown after Monday night's storm.

MOORESTOWN, NJ — The following roads are still closed in Moorestown Tuesday morning following Monday night's storm, according to police:
- Creek Road at Centerton Road due to a power line down across the road;
- Pleasant Valley Avenue, between Highland and Edgemoor;
- East Maple Avenue, between Mill Street and Lippincott Avenue;
- Garwood Road near the bridge;
- East Third Street, near Zelly Avenue; and
- Union Street, between Third and Main Street.
Employees with the Moorestown Department of Public Works worked diligently from the beginning of the storm to clear trees and keep roads open, police said Tuesday morning. PSE&G has been working through the night to restore power.
Over 32,000 customers throughout Burlington County remained without power Tuesday morning. If your power is out, visit http://www.pseg.com/outagecenter for an expected restoration time.

"Stay clear of downed wires," police said. "As you go out on the roads this morning, use extreme care. Due to power outages many traffic lights are out. Temporary stop signs have been deployed. Watch for ponding on roads due to the heavy rain. Plan on extra time, go slow and arrive at your destination safely."
