Police detained the four individuals without incident and seized the vehicle, Mount Laurel PD said. After Fisher provided false information, officers discovered he was wanted out of Baltimore for murder, according to authorities.

Detectives executed a search warrant on the vehicle and recovered a 9mm handgun, police said. Law enforcement claims they also found three printed devices used to convert semi-automatic handguns into fully automatic weapons.

Fisher and Mahoney were charged with being fugitives of justice. Fisher was also charged with unlawful possession of a handgun, while Mahoney, Lattimore and Durham were charged with unlawful possession of a weapon.

Additional charges are pending, police said. The ongoing investigation includes Mount Laurel police, the Baltimore City Police Department, Homeland Security Investigations and the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office.
