Music is in the Air at Autumn in Moorestown

MoorArts brings live music, dance performances, and more to the annual street festival October 10

As thousands of people peruse hand-crafted arts and crafts at the annual Autumn in Moorestown festival Saturday, October 10, they will also have the opportunity to enjoy some great entertainment.

A variety of outstanding vocal, instrumental, and dance performances will be presented at the MoorArts booth, located in front of TD Bank, beginning at 11 a.m.

MoorArts, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the arts in the township’s schools and throughout the community, will also display a K-12 student art exhibit and offer seasonal crafts for kids to make and take home.

These activities include the annual MoorArts summer musical (AIDA in 2016), The MoorArts Holiday Arts Festival, MoorMotion, and Theater and Dance Workshops.

Proceeds from MoorArts events support student scholarships and teacher grants in the arts in the Moorestown public school system.
