New Date For Annual Dinner, Special Meeting Set In Moorestown

Moorestown Council will hold a closed session meeting to discuss affordable housing next week.

MOORESTOWN, NJ — Moorestown’s annual Boards and Committees Dinner has a new date. It is now set for Wednesday, Dec. 4, 6 p.m. at Lenola Fire House, 229 North Lenola Road. It was previously scheduled for Dec. 2.

The township’s various volunteer boards and committees are honored during this annual event. Although it is a regular meeting, no formal action will be taken.

Additionally, the township announced that it will hold a closed session meeting to discuss affordable housing matters relating to litigation, negotiations and the attorney client privilege.

That special meeting will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 8 a.m. in the donut room at town hall, 111 West Second Street. Formal action may be taken at this meeting.
