Barrett, 23, of Willingsboro was killed while sitting in a car parked along the 200 block of Ivy Road in that township, the <a href="https://burlpros.org/identity-released-of-man-slain-in-yesterdays-edgewater-park-shooting/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Burlington County Prosecutor said</a>.A passenger, a 21-year-old woman, was also struck by gunfire but was expected to survive, according to the prosecutor. No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting, the prosecutor said.
