Jersey Mike's Location Opening In Delran's Hartford Corners

DELRAN, NJ — Jersey Mike's Subs will open a new location at Hartford Corners in Delran, bringing another of the fast-casual sandwich chain's stores to Burlington County.

Levin Management Corporation is the sole leasing and management agency for Hartford Corners, which is at the intersection of Route 130 and Hartford Road. They announced the agreement with Jersey Mike's for an 1,800-square-foot building on Sept. 28.

The tenant is aiming for a December opening date, according to Levin Management Corporation.

Leasing representatives Kendal Hand-Freda and Fred Younkin worked to secure the lease, with Jarrad Coletta of Coletta Commercial Realty serving as tenant broker.

“Jersey Mike’s is a high-quality tenant and a leader in the fast-casual segment,” Hand-Freda said in a news release. “We are thrilled to add another nationally recognized concept to Hartford Corners. This popular and rapidly expanding chain brings a new food option to our tenant roster, enhancing the variety of choices for shoppers and creating a traffic-generating ‘destination’ for the entire community.”

Other Hartford Corners tenants include its anchor ShopRite, as well as Lowes, Staples, Planet Fitness, Five Guys, Smoothie King, and Saladworks.
