New Law Firm Opens at Old Moorestown Town Hall Building
HGK is open on Main Street, across from Starbucks.

The old town hall building has a new use, as the region’s newest boutique business law firm—Hanamirian, Garibian & Kranjac, P.C. (HGK)- has come to Moorestown.
The firm’s business law practice groups handle corporate transactional and litigation matters, including business planning, contracts, civil and criminal tax litigation (federal and state), white collar defense, tax, trusts and estates.
It is housed in the Old Town Hall, built in 1811 and used in that capacity until 1975. It is located across the street from Starbucks on Main Street.

In addition to its new location, HGK has locations on Wall Street in New York City and in Wilmington, Delaware.
“Our attorneys have experience at major law firms and with well-known corporations and consulting firms in the accounting and finance industries,” Managing Shareholder John Hanamirian said in a statement issued Thursday morning.. “We’ve put together the attorneys, resources and locations needed to serve our clients.”

Hanamirian is a Moorestown resident. His wife Meredith is the Director of College Guidance at Moorestown Friends School. Their two daughters attend Moorestown Friends.

Shareholder Antranig Garibian, most recently with Stradley Ronon in Philadelphia, maintains an active litigation practice throughout the state and federal courts of New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. He has advised clients ranging from large publicly traded companies to small and individually held businesses.
Mario Kranjac is Counsel and oversees the New York office, where he advises domestic and international business entities in matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and raising of capital, securities, asset-based financing, project finance, technology licensing, contracts, commercial transactions and real estate transactions.
Lauren Friedberg worked as in-house counsel at Hamilton Lane Advisors L.L.C.
Nadia Soghomonian previously worked in the Office of the Commissioner of Major League Baseball.
Robert Hanamirian focuses his practice on United States income tax, transactional and business restructuring matters for both domestic businesses and on cross-border matters.
Gregory Javardian has been litigating foreclosure and bankruptcy cases in Pennsylvania since 1989. He also serves as counsel for the Pennsylvania Consumer Lending Society.
